Killshot 2 Pro EFI System

The Aces Killshot 2 Pro isn’t just an upgrade, it’s a statement.

Built for the driver who refuses to settle, this 4-barrel throttle body EFI system replaces your carb or outdated EFI with modern precision and raw power. Using a 4150-style flange and a recessed base, it drops right onto single or dual-plane manifolds. With support for up to 650 HP naturally aspirated and 575 HP under boost, the Killshot 2 Pro is made to feed whatever you’re building: street bruiser, boosted weekend warrior, or nitrous-hungry drag car.

An integrated 3-bar TMAP sensor supports up to 27 psi of boost for turbo and supercharged applications, while four 100 lb/hr injectors comfortably feed up to 650 HP per throttle body. Need more? Run dual-quad and fuel up to 1,200 HP (requires an additional secondary throttle body unit and larger pump; both sold separately).

It’s already compatible with blow-through, draw-through, and nitrous setups right out of the box. And when our boost control software update lands in Fall 2025, the hardware inside is already ready to run with PWM boost solenoid control for true precision under pressure.

Power Meets Simplicity

At Aces, we build EFI systems that make serious power simple.

The Killshot 2 Pro is a DIY-friendly system designed for enthusiasts of all skill levels. Wire it in, answer a few setup questions, fire it up, and the self-learning ECU takes over by fine-tuning your fuel maps automatically. For most street builds, that’s all it takes. For the tuners who want total control, our free laptop software unlocks full manual tuning access, which is ideal for mild to aggressive builds running high-lift cams, forced induction, or nitrous.

Once your engine reaches operating temperature, the system goes closed-loop and starts learning in real time. After a few drives, your tune dials itself in, and when you’re happy with it, you can disable learning and lock it down. That’s confidence you can feel at every throttle blip.

Ignition Compatibility

Whether you’re running an HEI, canister coil, or aftermarket system like MSD or Holley, the Killshot 2 Pro plays nice. It can also digitally control timing with a Hall-effect or mechanically locked magnetic distributor and works seamlessly with CD ignition boxes.

If you’re looking to go all-in, Aces offers complete Hall-effect and magnetic distributors, ignition coils, and fuel systems designed to work together for maximum reliability and spark control.

Choose Your Setup

We know every build is different, so we made the Killshot 2 Pro modular. Build it your way and save while you do it.

  • Standalone Kit: Includes the throttle body, ECU, wiring harness, and your choice of interface.
  • Fuel Kit (Standalone + Fuel System): Adds a complete fuel system to your existing ignition setup.
  • Top End Kit (Standalone + Distributor + Coil): Adds ignition components to your existing fuel system.
  • Master Kit (Standalone + Fuel System + Distributor + Coil): Everything you need for a full carb-to-EFI conversion.

Choose any of these pre-built options and save 5% off the whole kit.

Interface Options

Choose how you want to set up and monitor your system:

  • Bluetooth Module: Connects to Android (iOS support coming Fall 2025) through our free Aces Connect app.
  • 5” Handheld Touchscreen: Full-color display with built-in GPS for real-time MPH.
  • 7” Handheld Touchscreen: Bigger screen, same powerful features, also GPS-ready.

All three interfaces let you view RPM, speed, sensor data, live tuning metrics, and much more with customizable layouts. Bluetooth users will get GPS speed readouts with the Fall 2025 firmware update.

Engineered for Real Performance

The Killshot 2 Pro doesn’t just look tough, it’s built that way.

Every component is designed for precision, durability, and real-world performance.

  • Remote-Mounted ECU: Unlike systems that bury electronics inside the throttle body, the Killshot 2 Pro keeps its ECU separate. This remote-mounted design protects it from heat and vibration, ensuring long-term reliability and easy serviceability.
  • Cast Aluminum ECU Housing: Provides superior heat dissipation and RFI/EMI shielding. The ECU case doubles as a heatsink for internal drivers, improving reliability and lifespan.
  • Bosch LSU 4.9 WBO2 Sensor: Faster, more accurate readings with the latest planar sensing technology.
  • Integrated Fuel Pressure Sensor: Maintains proper fuel delivery by giving you real-time pressure monitoring directly from the throttle body. No external sensors or guessing.
  • Progressive Linkage: Improved throttle tip-in for smooth response and crisp drivability.
  • Ported Vacuum: Supports vacuum advance on non-timing-control distributors like HEI or mechanical setups.
  • Roller Bearing Throttle Shafts: Reduce friction and eliminate idle issues caused by bushing wear.
  • Low-Profile Design: Works with more air cleaner setups (including drop-base filters) while fitting easily under most factory and aftermarket air cleaners.

Next-Gen ECU Power (Gen 2 Technology)

The Gen 2 Aces ECU delivers faster processing, deeper tables, and smarter data handling for the most precise control we’ve ever offered.

  • Fuel Level Sensor Support: Integrates with your existing or aftermarket sender.
  • Boost Control-Ready Hardware: Already compatible with boost setups and prepped for PWM boost control with software activation coming Fall 2025.
  • Boost Pressure Monitoring: Direct sensor acquisition for live boost tracking.

System Integration

The Killshot 2 Pro connects seamlessly with Dakota Digital clusters using the Aces BIM-01-2-ACES module (sold separately). It outputs a clean tach signal for both factory and classic-style gauges and supports systems that don’t rely on CAN data.

If you’re moving from a stock or aftermarket EFI that uses CAN to drive your gauges, you may need to review those connections for compatibility.

All Aces ECUs are built on 32-bit automotive-grade processors, the same specs used by OEM manufacturers, not the slower, industrial-grade 16-bit chips common in other aftermarket systems.

The system runs at 43–60 PSI fuel pressure and supports return or returnless configurations, depending on your pump. Internally regulated in-tank pumps can run returnless, while external, inline, or surge setups will need a return line.

Easy Weekend Install

For most applications, we built the Killshot 2 Pro to install in a weekend. No crew, no laptop wizardry. Bolt it on, wire it up, answer a few setup questions, and let it learn. From the first startup to full throttle, it’s designed to be as straightforward as EFI gets.

We offer remote custom tuning and in house dyno tuning on EFI systems for most all domestic manufacturers and also tune carburetors. Our goal is to tune your car or truck engine and transmission for maximum but safe performance as well as improve fuel economy when possible and just create a better overall driving experience.
